"THIS IS THE PLACE" WARD CAMP & MINI MISSIONARY

This was p-day last week.
My beautiful comp Sis Jenkins.

We went on an adventure with the other sisters and stopped to see the Aiwohis in their little fruit stand.

They fed us papaya and lilikoi....so good!

More pic of the beautiful island we live on.  This is a little north of us.

For district meeting we learned about how we need to talk care of each of our investigators and their concerns so we had different teams and we had a little egg that represented our investigators.

We had to use the supplies we were given to protect the egg when our district leader would throw it out in the parking lot.  Our egg survived! Hurray!!!

We love our district! I think we hit all of our goals as a district last week. Our zone leaders are doing a lot to motivate us and help us reach our goals. I love Maui Zone!

Ward camp this week was a blast!  Good turn out and lots of rain..... my favorite!

I love this ward so much! We got to meet Chad there and asked him if we could come visit and share about the Book of Mormon with him....he said yess!!!! So we got to teach him in Brother Skousens home on Saturday and the lesson went so well! The spirit was there and his questions were perfect! Ward camp is a great missionary opportunity! Chad even came to church on Sunday!!!!! :) Miracles!

Our less actives and investigators came!

Crazy morning exercise by the ocean

Yoga and kickboxing :)

Filipino party....we stuck out like a sore thumb but the food is so good!

I know you get so many pictures of us eating..... well that is what we do here......we eat to convert :)

This is our mini-missionary Sister Madrid that we had with us (Thursday to Sunday).

She is a convert and preparing for her mission so she got to come see what missionary life is like for a few days.

Sunday we drove her back and had a testimony meeting with the other mini-missionaries and the stake president.
Sister Madrid's non-member parents both came and it was so powerful! Her spirit is so strong and she will be an amazing missionary! We miss her already!

Beautiful sunsets :)
